1. Do you ship Internationally?
- We only ship within Australia
2. When will the item be dispatch?
- Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received.
3. How long does it takes to ship?

4. How are the items delivered?
- The item is shipped via Australia Post, Allied Express, Fastway Australia and Toll based on the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will be emailed and sms to you after the item is dispatched.
5. Where can I find the delivery information?
- Tracking information will be emailed to you.
6. Do you have a showroom?
- As we are dedicated to provide an affordable furniture in good quality for our customers, we do not own a showroom to cut down unecessary expenses.
7. Can I pay cash on delivery?
- As we are fully operating online, we only allow online secured transactions and no COD.
