WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

1. Warranty

  • All products except electronics products come with a 12 month warranty which you may seek a refund or replacement for the product. Electronics products come with a 3 month warranty. The following terms and conditions apply to warranty:
    • Damages due to misuse by user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty
    • This warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts. Regarding to accessory and bonus gift,they would be noted in our listing would, include (but limited to ) battery, carry bag, etc.
  • Damage on Arrival (DOA)This warranty only applies to items that are broken when arrived or appear to be not functioning on initial usage. The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:
    • Customers must check the item(s) and report the damages or faults(pictures or videos) to us by email after receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
    • Please do not return the faulty item to us without our approval.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

2. Refund and replacement

Refund and replacement generally take up to 2 working days to process and will notify you right after it has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don’t follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Item Condition Policy:
  • A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advise given.
  1. Change of Mind
    • We offer a change of mind 14 days money back guarantee. If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received it.We will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund plus a 20% restocking fee will apply.Items must be returned in their original packaging including all the original contents free from damage. Please ensure all items are packed sufficiently for transport, any damages caused during the return shipping may be rejected or receive a revised refund amount.

3. On Sale and Promo Items

No refund, return or exchange of items on sale products. Unless it has default upon arrival or Damage On Arrival (DOA).
